Inclement Weather for the weekend of January 24-25th, 2026

As inclement weather moves across the South, I want to offer a brief word of encouragement and calm assurance to everyone.

There is no such thing as a perfect preparedness plan—and that’s exactly where faith becomes our most valuable asset. Preparation steadies us, but faith sustains us.

Please remember to use your communications tools wisely. Conserve power where you can, and if available, lean on solar options to extend your resilience. If cell service becomes unreliable, consider using your eBlogger site to post a simple message letting family and loved ones know that you are safe. Why eBlogger? Because not everyone is on Facebook—and eBlogger is accessible to anyone with a Gmail address.

As a contingency for our members and other recipients of this email, I continue to maintain Starlink service in the event cell towers fail. My eBlogger site https://weprepareus.blogspot.com  available should a relay message need to be posted. You never know when a simple workaround can make all the difference.

Please take care of yourselves and one another. Stay grounded, stay connected, and stay encouraged.

Stay cozy and secure!
Pam Kelly
